Very nice room, very clean. The position is perfect, many restaurants, bars and 7-Elevens nearby. That said, the place was quiet, no noises and the staff was helpful.

The staff were friendly and the desk people spoke enough English communication was easy.

I get upset when hotels say they have internet when really it is useless, my first room the internet was really none existing so the next day I was moved to another room two floors down and the internet there was hardly any better, I was not able to book onward flight I was not able to communicate through Facebook , I could not access my banking or use YouTube, I finally had to go to a travel agent to buy my flight ticket.

Location is good, not too loud in a side street but still better have earplugs, few minutes from the beach, was clean and comfortable, AC worked well, fridge OK

They change the confirmed price and put additional surcharges if you want to pay by card - really unprofessional and was not mentioned anywhere before. Also you have to give 1000THB deposit which is ridiculous since they have credit cars details from booking. WiFi very weak, TV useless

Bed was super uncomfortable, on one side of the bed was kind of hole, matrass definitly needs to be changed. Very small basic room for the 70 dollars

The location of the hotel is fantastic. Everything from beach to bars, good restaurants, and massage places is within 5 mins of walking distance. The rooms were nice and clean. The staff was kind and courteous. I will definitely pick this hotel again on my next trip.

Location is good for the price. So close to the Patong beach, 7Eleven right across the street. Not so much street noise. Hot water and everything was working well.

The room was so small Not any hook to hang a bag or something15-20 min walk to Bangla road
